As a full time mumma, hairdresser, and chronic sloucher with the worst posture known to mankind (honestly, I’m a human question mark at this point), I’ve been in so much pain for so long that I forgot what “normal” even felt like. Carla is absolutely amazing! I see her regularly for remedial massages with cupping included mainly for back pain from sitting at a desk all day. She gives me exercise and stretching tips to help minimise the tightness in my back and shoulders between visits as well which is awesome! I have been to see Carla four times in the last month and have been extremely pleased with the result. I have suffered severe back pain for over 30 years after a major fall from height. I was in the process of finally resorting to surgery to hopefully get some relief after many scans and pain management through a spinal specialist. Carla identified in my first session that my hips were out of alignment. She was able to correct this and I felt so good literally straight away. I have been able to work away during the day with only slight discomfort and feel great again the next morning. Carla is now helping me with some other issues.
