I’m a Functional Nutrition Health Practitioner and Mineral Balancing Expert, specialising in helping mums around 6 months to 10 years postpartum, struggling with exhaustion, low mood, anxiety, overwhelm, brain fog, and that sensation of feeling tired but too wired to sleep. However past clients include women, men, and children of all ages, so if my content resonates with you in some way, I encourage you to reach out and chat to see if we would make a good team on your healing journey.
I’m also mum to toddler twin boys, and have struggled with and healed from anorexia, gut and digestive problems, no menstrual cycle, two miscarriages, depression, anxiety, perfectionism, exhaustion, brain fog, and pain from scoliosis.
