Uncovering hidden stressors & drains

We start by revealing how where you are now physically (your signs and symptoms) and emotionally (your feelings and behaviours) is shaped by different forces that are personal to you, influenced by the society you reside in, and the culture you were brought up in.

 

  • We delve into matrescence and the changes you’ve experienced on your journey to and through motherhood, 
  • You gain awareness around your values, how they may have changed when you became a mum, and how best to use them in guiding your decisions going forward, 
  • You discover parts of yourself that are emerging and evolving, and 
  • Acknowledge the gifts and losses you’ve experienced on the way, all which shape the woman you are.

 

When you gain awareness around how and why you feel as you do, you have a foundation on which to begin your healing and prevent further depleting yourself.

#2  Root Cause

Uncovering the imbalances causing your struggles

By figuring out the root cause of your health struggles we know what you need to heal properly. 

Your body made a tiny human and the impact your baby, birth, and postpartum experiences have had on your body, mind and soul, will be very unique to you and can impact you for many years postpartum. 

Common root causes lie with the gut, toxins, lifestyle habits, and/or nutrient imbalances. 

These in turn effect your metabolism and energy production at a cellular level, as well as your hormones, thyroid, adrenals, digestion, skin, hair, bone health, and much more. If your body can’t make energy at a cellular level, it can’t do all the functions it needs to do, let alone help you feel energised.

Your health history, signs and symptoms, blood tests, and any functional lab testing add ons, help us do the detective work here.

Without this first phase you will be stuck in a circle of trial and error wasting precious time and money, guessing what your body needs.

Here you learn how to switch off even with all your extra responsibilities, balancing your masculine and feminine energies, and working with your vagus nerve to improve nervous system regulation and increase resilience and flexibility.

We also work on the things that equate to quality sleep, and how to mitigate against those disturbed nights to help ensure you feel replenished and restored when you wake, and aren’t trying to cope with everything on top of feeling completely exhausted and foggy headed.

#4  Replenish 

Nourish your body

Here you replenish your mineral stores with the right nutritional therapy, supplementation, and herbal support required by your body to produce energy at a cellular level, and allow it to function efficiently again.

You learn which foods to focus on to help your body replenish and provide energy more easily whilst healing your metabolism, and we take a deep dive into water quality and proper hydration which are the number one cause of fatigue.

In this section we also address bloating and digestive issues, including foods that best support our digestive fire, as our diet is only as good as what we can absorb.

Once your body has the ingredients and environment it needs to replenish, your body functions begin to restore. Here we further support your nervous system, and the restoration of your metabolism and energy production, we find ways to move your body that you enjoy, we restore a healthy menstrual cycle, and we even restore your libido!

In this module you also learn how to support your immune system, and how to support your body in a toxic world by reducing your toxic load, opening your drainage pathways, and supporting your liver, detox phases and bile flow to help clear toxins and any excess oestrogen.

#6 Radiate

As you transform

When you feel fulfilled, practice self-compassion, feel aligned, and feel you have purpose and meaning, you radiate! This section is interwoven throughout the program but really comes into light once the other steps are aligned.

Hey, I’m Carla

I know exactly what it’s like to be that exhausted, drained, depleted, anxious, overwhelmed, lost mumma, because I was her after the birth of my twin boys. I loved being a mumma, but far out, it’s so much harder than I could ever have imagined! Wearing all the hats, being and doing all the things, crippling under the pressure of it all.
