Uncovering hidden stressors
With this step we reveal how where you are now physically (your signs and symptoms) and emotionally (your feelings and behaviours) is shaped by different forces that are personal to you, influenced by the society you reside in, and the culture you were brought up in.
When you gain awareness around how and why you feel as we do, you have a foundation on which to begin your healing and prevent further depleting yourself.
#2 Root Cause 
Uncovering the imbalances causing your depletion
By figuring out the root cause of your depletion we know what you need to heal properly. Your body made a tiny human and you may think that’s the root cause, but the impact your baby, birth, and postpartum experiences have on your body, mind and soul, will be very unique to you.
Common root causes lie with the gut, toxins, lifestyle habits, and/or nutrient imbalances. These can go on to affect your metabolism and energy production, hormones, thyroid, adrenals, digestion, and much more. Your health history, signs and symptoms, blood tests, and any functional lab testing results, help us do the detective work here.
Without this first phase you will be stuck in a circle of trial and error wasting precious time and money, guessing what your body needs.
Phase 2 – The right nourishment

Here you learn how to switch off even with all your extra responsibilities. We also work on the things that equate to a great night’s sleep and feeling replenished and restored when you wake so you aren’t trying to cope with everything, on top of feeling completely exhausted and foggy headed.
#4 Replenish 
Nourish your body
Once we know what your body needs we can replenish your resources with the right nutritional therapy, supplementation, and lifestyle habits required by your body to produce energy and allow it to function efficiently again.
Phase 3 – Nervous system healing & transformation

Your nervous system and body functions
Once your body has the ingredients and environment it needs to replenish, your body functions begin to restore. Here we further support your nervous system, and the restoration of your metabolism and energy production, we find ways to move your body that you enjoy, we restore a healthy menstrual cycle, and we even restore your libido!
#6 Radiate 
As you transform
When you feel fulfilled, practice self-compassion, feel aligned, and feel you have purpose and meaning, you radiate! This section is interwoven throughout the program but really comes into light once the other steps are aligned. Here is where you connect back to yourself and your passions, you are able to nurture your relationships, and radiate your energy out into the world.
